I haven't read this story. I would really like to because I enjoy your writing BUT, I got hooked on another story of yours called 'Bend but do not Break'. I ignored it until the 12 chapter had been posted then I started reading because I assumed (incorrectly) that anyone who had created 12 chapters of a story (12 really fascinating chapters) would be completing it. I was so wrong. I sent you 2 reviews telling you how much I was enjoying the story and begging you to finish. You never responded. I've seen postings on other fan sites from readers asking if anyone knows where the rest of the story is. I'm not going to be fooled again.

We take the time to read, we take the time to review and let you know how interested we are and you don't have the courtesy to answer or finish.

One of the things I like most about your Sentinel stories is the fact that you include and acknowledge the character of Rafe. Because he was in like 30 minutes of the entire run of the show, there aren't alot of stories involving him. So thank you.

Not fucking, mounting. His relief was huge. Then his mind rebelled. Mounted? But that would mean....

**Wait, he was penetrated? Or was it just the simulated act, and that was enough to be considered claimed?

That was how Jim Ellison Claimed Brian Rafe as his Companion. Suddenly Brian and his family had no more money worries.

**Was he paid some kind of Companion price that gave his family money? What would have happened if he had refused the claiming?

They were on edge, needy, aching for a bond, some driven almost to the edge of sanity, so long without a bond.

**Has anyone every tried to create a drug that would inhibit the need for bonding? Is it only the Guide that has this need to bond, or does the Sentinel feel it also?

Had the right kind of rearing, in the right kind of House.

**That seems funny to me considering where Rafe came from.

Where their cages were clean and of the mandated sizes. Where they were fed and watered at set intervals for their health. Where they had veterinarians on call dayand night.

**Good lord.

Rafe hissed at them, baring fangs.

His extended claws clicked on the metal. Rafe let his eyes glow, let the followers see the feral light.

**What the hell are they? Clearly not human.

Guides were naturally modest, being exposed like this...intolerable.

**Are Guides bred as submissives and Sentinels as dominants? Guides seem a little 'slow' and Sentinels overly aggressive.
